At Ivy Styles, we are always looking for new ways to make your experience with us better. In recent weeks, we have been getting a lot of questions about packages' status, and we wanted to take a moment to explain how we work.
Much like amazon, we bring together suppliers from around the world so that you can shop them all in one place. This means that the products ship from all around the globe, and shipping times may vary. Included in a single order, you may have multiple tracking numbers, so what we have done is created a way for you to monitor the status of your order in real-time.
To start tracking your first package today, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the link in the footer for package tracking. There, you can enter your email and order number, and we will pull up the status of your order. Alternatively, you can enter the tracking number, and we will pull up the information just for that item!
